Since our establishment in 2014, we have proudly served our community with dedication and passion. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, I have always believed in the profound impact that a tailored plan can have on people's lives. Alongside my exceptional team, our mission remains steadfast: to meet our customers where they are, treat them with respect and empathy, and provide honest, thoughtful, and educated recommendations to their unique needs. This commitment is our driving force, our obsession.

My journey into the insurance business was fueled by a desire to make a positive impact on lives. Over the past decade, I've been humbled by the realization that our potential for impact far exceeds what I initially imagined. This realization motivates me and my team every single day.

Outside of work, my beautiful wife Alyssa and I have been happily married since 2013 and call Royal Oak our home. We are overjoyed and immensely proud to be the parents of our daughter, Natalie. They are my "why" – the driving force behind everything I do.

At Jordan Tracey State Farm, we treat our customers like family. Whether it's answering questions, providing quotes, offering recommendations, or supporting you during challenging times like filing a claim, we approach every interaction as if we're talking to our own loved ones.
